Jesus Amigos Duo Osuagwu and Eyoh Off To A Flying Start In Albania

Former Jesus Amigos FC starlets Ugochukwu Osuagwu and Ekemmini Effiong Eyoh got off to a flying start in Albania with their Albanian 1st Division club FC Dinamo Tirana as they pipped Shkumbini Peqin 2-0 in the opening day of the season to go top of the table.

Osuagwu was an unused sub while Eyoh started the game but was subbed off in the 90th minute with his side leading 1-0 from a 44th minute goal scored by Julian Gërxho. His replacement, Ilir Allmuça had an immediate impact, doubling his side’s lead within seconds of coming on to the delight of coach Igli Allmuça and their teaming fans at the Kompleksi Internacional (Pezë Helmës) stadium.

Osuagwu and Ekemmini, both centre forwards, joined the Albanian side this summer from Jesus Amigos of Nigeria and have both vowed to do all they can to ensure the team wins promotion to the Albanian Super Lig this season.
